This Executive Tour is designed to take maximum advantage of our existing infrastructure, while affording the client the highest level of individualized service and attention.

We specialize in matching discriminating, successful men, with stable, beautiful Eastern European Ladies, women from the former Soviet Union, Russian and Ukrainian Girls.

This service is not a website portal where we post ladies' profiles from all over the planet without knowing any of them. The females we present to our clients are outstanding, stable and remarkable young ladies. All of the ladies are our clients, and we know each and every one of them personally.

It is not the simple introduction, it is much much more!!!

You will be assigned a Personal Consultant, who will guide you through the entire process. You will personally meet with her in order to become better acquainted for the purposes of building an effective working relationship. The Consultant will interface with all of the tasks necessary to produce a list of suitable matches/candidates. Once a list of suitable candidates has been compiled, the consultant will work closely with you to choose a select list of potential matches for personal meetings. The entire process will take from 3 to 6 months.

The Executive Tour includes the following services:

• Personal meeting held in our main office.
• In-depth questionnaire and personality assessment to be completed by client.

• Analysis of the questionnaire and personality assessment in order to gain an understanding of the client, as well as his wants and desires. This careful analysis is instrumental in order to begin the matching process.

• Dissemination of the required information to our network of foreign offices.

• Full page advertisement in Appolinaria`s Men's Publication (optional, to be discussed with Consultant)
• Personal Consultant searching as well as coordinating the efforts of the foreign offices in order to select the top 10 to 15 candidates.
• Personal Consultant conducting extensive interviews with all chosen candidates.
• An extensive portfolio compiled on each candidate including photos (videotape where possible), in depth questionnaire, and personality assessment.
• Meeting with Personal Consultant in order to review all candidates and offer an assessment of each.
• 3-way phone conversations (Phone Translation Service) with all of the candidates (not to exceed a total of 15 hours)
• Personal meetings arranged in Odessa (Kiev, Nikolaev) for the top 5 to 10 candidates. Personal Consultant will accompany client to Odessa (Kiev, Nikolaev ) and will facilitate the meetings, as well as serve as a guide and translator for Client. The initial meetings will take place at our offices in Odessa (Kiev, Nikolaev), unless the client chooses otherwise. (Meetings in Odessa (Kiev, Nikolaev) to last a maximum of 14 days)

Tour costs:

• The fee for the Executive Tour is $14,500.00, payable as follows:
  • $4,000.00 initial non-refundable deposit
  • $5,000.00 due before the personal meeting to review chosen candidates
  • $5,500.00 due before departure for Ukraine to facilitate the personal meetings
• Client is responsible for all travel, transportation, security (if desired), meals and lodging costs for himself, and the women he chooses to meet in Odessa (Kiev, Nikolaev)*. Client is responsible for Personal Consultant's travel costs only, lodging and meals will be the responsibility of Appolinaria while in Odessa (Kiev, Nicolaev) unless client desires Consultant to reside in a specific hotel or location. Prior to departure, Client will place a deposit (to be determined) with Appolinaria to be used towards travel costs incurred on behalf of Client.
